At Zellvora, customer satisfaction is our priority.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Returns will not be accepted for damaged products caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.
Damaged or Wrong Product If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI after verification.
Non-Returnable Items
Used or damaged products.
Products returned without original packaging.
Items damaged due to improper use.
